Iced Tea Made Easy: Hot brew method. - Use 2 tsp. of loose tea for every 6ozs of water. - Pour boiling water over tea and steep for 5 to 8 minutes. - Allow tea to cool for several hours before refridgerating, in order to mimimize clouding. Sun Tea method. - Same meaurements as hot brew method only pour cold water over tea and steep in sunlight in clear glass container until desired strength. Usually 4 to 6 hours.
