These varietals are always rotating, but selects we have had in the past include Colombian El Placer, Ethiopian Misty Valley, Peru Villa Rica, Ethiopian Guji Highland, to name a few. We will choose three of our top select varietals for your box, and if you have special requests, you can leave a note on your order specifying your needs.
